Failed videos

If a video fails, or our checks find that the person was not replaced, the credit is returned to your account automatically.

You can ask for a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used.

Credits that produced a finished video are not refundable. If you think a result is clearly broken, write to us with the video and we will review it.

Email support@trendswapai.com from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
